Shipping & Handling
Shipping Options Available within the Continental USA:
FREE SHIPPING: Available on all orders shipped within the Continental United States (no minimum order necessary). Please allow 6-8 business days for delivery when selecting Free Shipping.
STANDARD SHIPPING (Continental USA only): Available for an additional flat rate fee of $2.95. Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery when selecting Standard Shipping.
PRIORITY SHIPPING & HANDLING: Available for an additional $12.95. Customers who choose this option can expect their orders to be given high priority and their order to be processed and shipped no later than the following business day*. Orders placed after 1pm on Friday, all day Saturday and all day Sunday will ship on Monday (or the following day if Monday is a holiday). Items will be shipped USPS Priority Maill. Please allow 2-3 business dats for delivery when selecting Priority Shipping.
*Certain items are not available for Priority Shipping - this will be indicated toward the end of the item description. If an item is not available or on back-order, you will be notified via email. Priority shipping charges will be refunded if a majority of your items are not available.
Shipping Outside the Continental USA:
DELIVERY TO ALASKA, HAWAII, U.S. TERRITORIES, APO/FPO ADDRESSES: All orders being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO Addresses or U.S. Territories are shipped USPS Priority Mail. Because we are unable to ship to these addresses via standard USPS ground shipping there is a flat rate fee of $6.95.
Other Important Shipping Information:
**Most orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) and delivery times listed are approximate and may vary. Some orders may be sent via United Parcel Service (UPS) at the discretion of Dr. Todd's, Inc.
If an item is unavailable or back-ordered, we will contact you via e-mail.
Indiana residents are subject by law to a 7% sales tax charge. Customers from other states are not charged a sales tax.
Shipping to other countries is currently not available. However, if you are calling from outside the United States but would like to ship your order to an address within the United States, you may place your order by phone with a customer service representative.
