DrTodds.com offers a simple, customer friendly and risk-free return policy.

Although many of our items come with an additional manufacturer's satisfaction guarantee as well as a guarantee against defects, DrTodds.com wants to make sure you are completely happy and satisified with the product(s) you have purchased.

 

WE ACCEPT RETURNS* FOR ANY REASON WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE.

*Support & Compression Hose are not returnable once opened.  All other items are returnable for any reason within 30 days of purchase.

 

The cost of postage to return an item to Dr. Todd's Inc is the responsiblity of the customer. However, if the item being returned is defective, Dr. Todd's Inc will refund the cost of postage to return or exchange the item.  Please enclose a copy of your packing slip or confirmation email when returning an item.  If returning your item(s) through the U.S. Postal Service, we strongly recommend using delivery confirmation.  Dr. Todd's, Inc is not responsible for returned item(s) that are lost in the mail.
