Overlapping Toes

An overlapping toe is usually due to the great toe shifting over causing the adjacent toe to overlap. Overlapping toes may also be due to contracted toes or hammertoes. Toe spacers and separators are excellent ways to conservatively manage overlapping toes. Many of the foot care products developed to treat overlapping and contracted toes are available in foam as well as soothing gel.
